Lowe (a Brunswick brand) is Tracker's closest competitor in value aluminum — 13,000+ hulls in our sample across jon boats, bass and walleye layouts, and value pontoons. The brand sells heavily through package pricing with Mercury outboards, and the used market mirrors that: tight price clustering, high supply, and condition as the only real differentiator.

Known issues to inspect

Riveted aluminum checklist first: leaking rivets, keel and chine wear from beaching and shallow running, transom wood condition on older models. Jon boats deserve a frank look at the bottom — these are working boats, and a hull used for duck hunting or rocky rivers shows it.

On bass and walleye models, check the plywood decking for soft spots and the livewell systems; on pontoons, tube seams and furniture. Mercury package engines are well supported everywhere — just verify actual service history rather than the 'always maintained' claim, and compression-test any two-stroke.
